Wendy Maybee

Wendy Maybee is a product and technology executive whose career spans AI, monetization, enterprise platforms, robotics, predictive systems and commercial partnerships.

Before founding Maravelle, Wendy held senior product leadership roles at Meta, Microsoft, Zume and Bayer's Climate Corporation. Her work has ranged from global consumer and enterprise platforms to products where software must operate within the constraints of manufacturing, agriculture, hardware and everyday human workflows.

At Meta, she led product teams working across AI, monetization, advertising, business messaging, data strategy and privacy. Her work helped protect substantial business value across the broader Meta portfolio while addressing complex customer, regulatory and commercial requirements.

At The Climate Corporation/Bayer, she led predictive digital products combining agricultural, environmental and equipment data to help customers make better decisions. Her team's work contributed to market-share growth and increased digital input sales across the broader digital-product portfolio.

At Zume, she led products involving robotics, computer vision, machine learning, manufacturing automation, sustainable packaging and enterprise software.

Earlier at Microsoft, Wendy led product, design and commercial initiatives across Outlook, Skype, Teams, Windows, Xbox and connected-device ecosystems. Her experience included global retail partnerships, licensing, device ecosystems and major product transitions.

Her professional foundation also includes litigation, trial practice and contract negotiation, giving her an unusual combination of legal, commercial, technical and product leadership experience.

Today, Wendy builds AI-native products at Maravelle, including SPARO, exploring how agentic systems can reliably reduce the operational work people and businesses carry every day.
